Golf

If you enjoy being outdoors spending a few hours in the fresh air, without worrying about the phone calls; golf is a great game to try. But don't count on it to provide you with vigorous activity. At best, golf is a mild walk. If you use a cart to get around the course, then it is simply reduced to hitting the ball. Other than relaxation and sociability, the game of golf can be a slight positive help in developing your arm and shoulder muscles.

Even though it might not be very rigorous, it is still essential to warm up before you start swinging the golf club. It is very easy to hurt the shoulders and back if using incorrect form and not warming up. The most you can expect from golf in terms of physical effort is if you walk the course and carry your own bag!
