Though not for everyone, wrestling and several other martial arts are sports that greatly emphasize strength and flexibility. You have to be fit just to participate. Wrestling is also good for the heart and muscle building. It is fairly convinient, you only need a wrestling mat and a willing opponent. But it must be done regularly and continuously for benefits.The skating aspect of hockey puts an added emphasis on the lower body. Like jogging, it can be an excellent way to workout the legs. The one downside of the game is the inconvinience of facilities and the cost of equipment.
