At Fitness Advantage, it’s about improving balance, building confidence, and lowering your risk of falls.
I’m Sara Fimiani, a certified here Balance and Fall Prevention Instructor and American Council On Exercise fitness trainer. For over 30 years, I’ve helped adults of all ages to exercise safely and stay healthy and independent.
My husband and I have been working with Sara from Fitness Advantage for several months, both in person and online. Her sessions with us are always interesting and tailored to our physical abilities and needs. She is knowledgeable and personable, and she challenges us to learn new things. We are stronger, more flexible, and better able to cope with balance challenges because of her gentle encouragement. We always look forward to our classes with her.

I started working out with Sara online and she helped me progress in a short time from a weak beginner to an intermediate level.
